About Mixing

Mixing a song is a very important step in the process of making music. Mixing is the process of optimizing, enhancing, leveling, combining and, arranging a multitrack recording. Mixing can be done within a couple of hours depending on how many tracks that are in a session.

What Mixing includes:

• Arrangements- Song will be arranged to create a flow from the beginning to the end.

• Automation- Gives life and diversity to your track.

• Effects- Auto Tune, Reverb, Doubler, Delay and more can all be added to your song to give artist the sound they are looking for.

• Enhancing- Using tools like compressors and EQs to hone in on frequencies to enhance the listening experience.

• Leveling- Leveling the music so that the highs, the mids and, the lows sit within a level plain.
